Veronica is a seasoned professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proven leadership experience, and a diverse technical background. She brings a broad, strategic perspective to her work, shaped by a career spanning executive leadership, operations, and financial services. She draws on this experience to provide thoughtful, disciplined guidance and solutions tailored to each persons circumstances.
Prior to joining the financial services industry, Veronica spent more than 15 years in executive leadership roles, managing service and consulting organizations across the United States.
In these roles, she oversaw operations, staffing, and growth initiatives, and was actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and start-ups.
This experience provides her with a strong foundation in strategic planning and complex decision-making.
For over a decade, Veronica has worked with individuals and families in Westlake Village and surrounding communities, helping them navigate important financial decisions. She has previously been affiliated with Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley, where she provided comprehensive financial guidance and client service.
Veronica holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, as well as a Life and Variable Annuity License. She earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC®) designation and holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
Originally from Rhode Island, she has lived in California since her teenage years and resides in Thousand Oaks with her spouse and two sons. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, reading, and staying active.
